Great book that provides pretty much everything you need. Love the addition of cards and the character creation makes you connect with the characters much more.After some creating 4 characters, we played a short encounter with an Acid Burrower. The players loved it, especially the death move options!

I played Daggerheart for the first time this Saturday 7/05/2025. Our crew was so invested in the storyline we created and the rich characters ; that we are thinking of making the Daggerheart system our to go game over D&D- 5.0. The rules were easy to follow , no heavy math and roleplaying was easy and an absolute pleasure. The gameplay was fluid even for our rookie DM. I can't wait to buy this system and see the wonderful world and stories we can create. I had the best roleplaying experinece I've had in quite while. We had so many AWESOME AHHHA moments and we only got through part 1 . I LOVE THIS GAME AND the CONCEPTS. Very well done. Please continue to make this outstanding content and DLCs I 'm all in . It's not a 5 star just because my book came dinged in the corners a bit better packaging would protect this lovely book.
