Let us start with the fact that the book is a lovely item to behold. I have read the complaints about the system and the book, not enough structure to the system, the book has the information that you need to spread out to be useful.

For myself, I would disagree. The system was designed to be more interpretative, not really crunchy structured. And as for the book not having everything referring to “X” in one place, I found that splitting it up was a reasonable thing to do. In location 1 you get all the information that you need to start playing, and when you need a more detailed explanation after you have played for a while, it can be found.

Overall I am very happy with the product and the game.

This set of dice came exactly as advertised and looked almost exactly like the pictures shown. The dice are light, easy to roll, and haven't scratched after a few weeks and sessions of playing (I am a gm and roll a lot even outside of sessions). The dice bag is very nice to hold and fits a lot more than just this set, which has been great for all my collectors' dice. Would recommend if you like the look of the set or are just a fan of Critical Role. No real gripes with the product; the material quality is as advertised, and the dice came unharmed.

Getting these means that as a player you do not need to buy the whole set with the book, you can get just what you need with these and the available PDF’s to build your character.

Like everything that Darrington Press has produced the production values on these are very high. They truly provide all the cards that your Rogue will need, I only hope that they produce card packs for the Hope and Fear expansion pack.
