Excellent quality product from art to content to accessibility. Good for DMs and players.

Just such a beautiful product. You can tell when love and case goes into design, and such is prevalent in the Hope & Fear deluxe set, much as it was with the Daggerheart original deluxe set.

Lovely artwork, high quality materials, thoughtful layout, and the extras (dice, GM screen) are all so nice.

My game group and I have been loving Daggerheart, and Hope & Fear adds some exciting new options that I'm excited to introduce into our games. The new character options look really fun, and as the GM for our game I especially like the new adversaries - both to use as is and as more imspiration on what can be done in Dsggerheart for when I'm creatimg my own stuff.

Got this as my birthday present. Everything is just beautiful and satisfying. Like opening up a treasure box found in a mage's tower; it has a feeling of magic to it. Totally recommend.

Just getting into and learning DH. Transitioning from . I focus on theater of the mind.
I like that this content tries to aim for "different" because then it inspires me to create stories that are not cookie cutter versions of what we have seen before. So new takes, mixing and matching genres (tech, fantasy, magic, cyber, dread) really leaves a wide open anything can happen.
The deluxe of Hope and Fear is gorgeous. The box alone is well made and sturdy. The price is more then many are willing and that is ok. I do like sturdy cards so if $ is a limiting factor, and you already have dice, you can get away with just the book and or cards.
That being said if you want to spend the money.... The GM screen is great I did not get the deluxe core set so I am happy to now have one.
Fear trackers are pretty though lighter then anticipated. I think that is ok though.
Dice are very nice. These are my first sharp dice that are fancier. I have a lot of dice but it is nice to get these shard ones.
The cards are solid and firm. They feel good quality in hand.
The notepads with adversaries and char sheets etc are cool in a pinch. So use them when you need to jot something down quick!
The book is a great format. It is not a solid wall of text like like 1st and second editions, and I think the art is better then 5+ edition. Great art. I also like the flow.
The only real draw back is you don't want to rough house use and abuse the contents because it is so nice.
Ancestries, adversaries, classes are all solid additions and provide more options for your table.
I like the concept of transformations and trying to think of a way to use some at least outside of these frameworks.
Otherwise I can't think of a reason other the price point to not give this 5 stars.
If you are an avid collector and want a gorgeous display piece that is also good quality I would say proceed. If not the book solo may be what you are after and free printed material in lieu of cards.
But please use and abuse the material! Its meant to be used!

This content is amazing. The quality of the print, the beauty of the dice, it's all just ten out of ten.

The book itself is exactly what it should be. They've built in a lot of content that I've already made (ha!) for my current campaign, and it's absolutely awesome to see that they took a direction that directly answers to what I was missing in the core book.

Daggerheart is truly knocking it out of the park. Can't wait to see what comes next.

Beautiful box and cover art. The extra d12s have been so helpful in running Daggerheart with my kiddos. I wish the fear trackers were a little more foreboding but light blue sparkly work just fine. Very please with this purchase.

The limited edition of Hope & Fear is both beautiful and high quality! Very excited to finally have official play materials for my Witch character :)

As usual, the art is stunning on these products and the new environments, domain of dread and new classes are fantastic additions to the game.
