What is the value of having an account?

• More easily track the status of an order

When will my order be processed?

In-stock merchandise will be shipped based on the time frame associated with the method of shipment selected at the time of checkout. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. 

Can I change my order after it’s been placed?

We process your orders very quickly. If you find that you have made an error in your order, please notify us immediately by filling out our customer service web form. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. However, if the merchandise has already been shipped, we will be unable to modify your order.

How do I access my digital item?

When you purchase a digital item, you can download it from 3 different places:

1. After you are done purchasing the item, the link to download will be presented in your shopping cart.
2. The invoice you receive via email will have a link to download.
3. If you have an account with us, once the order is FULFILLED you can go to your order history, select the order number, and the link to download will be present. If the item is digitial only it will be available immediately. If the digital item is attached to a physical product, it will be made available after the physical item is fulfilled.

How should I care for my shirt?

For a long lifespan, we recommend machine washing shirts in cold water, inside-out, and line drying. If you’re feeling rebellious you can dry them, but they may shrink a tiny bit.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept the following forms of payment at checkout*:

• MasterCard
• American Express
• Discover
• PayPal

On your bank or card statement, the transaction will appear as CRITICAL ROLE CAD.

We verify credit card billing and account information at the time of checkout. The processing of your order may be delayed if we cannot verify the "bill to” information, or if the information does not match the address information on file. You will be charged at the moment of purchase.

Can I use my account from the other Critical Role stores?

You will need to create a new account in the Canadian shop. Accounts are not synced or transferred across shops.

Can I use my gift card from the US Critical Role store?

Gift cards can only be used in the store they were purchased in.

Does my gift card from the Canada Critical Role store expire?

No.

The pilot script for backers at and above the DEFENDER ($500) tier and 18x24 signed art prints for backers at and above the VETERAN ($750) tier will each ship separately from this main rewards package.
